
Dr Shaun Ramroop is a Senior Lecturer and Head of the Department of Environmental Health, with over 30 years of experience spanning government, private industry, and academia. He specializes in implementing occupational and environmental health and safety solutions, with a focus on enhancing worker health and well-being. In research, Dr Ramroop has a strong expertise in quantitative methodologies.
He continues to supervise Master's and Doctoral students and provides guidance to industry leaders. Currently, he teaches the Occupational Health and Safety II, III, and IV modules in the Bachelor of Environmental Health degree program.
